You are invited to our mindfulness and stretching class (mats will be provded). Our class will be taught by Ashley Costello, instructor of Life in Balance Yoga and Physical Therapy Studio. We have asked Ashley to create stretches and flows with a purpose: to generate energy, facilitate relaxation, and increase focus for our group.
Following the 45 minute stretching and relaxation, we will have a 30 minute time of structured Bible study and devotional.
