You are invited to Mindful Mamas. A fitness and stretching class (mats will be provided) and Bible study. Our class will be taught by Heather Black of Tatyana's Fitness. We have asked Heather to create a toning and stretching workout with a purpose: to generate energy, facilitate relaxation, and increase focus for our group.
Following the 45 minute stretching and relaxation, we will have a 30 minute time of structured Bible study and devotional.
