Sign-up to receive Care Package!
*Packages will be mailed on the June 16th to arrive on or about June 21st. We are counting on USPS, which normally works, but be patient with us, as we cannot be responsible if the postal worker doesn't deliver in time. Alternative Pick-Up Option: If you'd prefer, you can pick up your package in person on Mondays June 16 from 10-2 pm or at the respite event on June 21st.
